At night, I put battery operated tea lights in the base and the light shows through the little holes!
Flowers from my Dad's garden!
I just love JUNK!
I've linked this up to Becky at Beyond The Picket Fence for her first party!

Wow that is too cute. Repurposing junk. I love it.
ReplyDeleteLove it! You seem to be quite good at putting junk to beautiful use.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat idea! I never would have thought to use the graters and I've got baby food jars coming out the ying yang! lol
ReplyDeleteAmy - what a sweet display using the cheese graters (baby food jars are handy, aren't they??). Your flowers are so pretty!

Hi!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Domestic Princess in Training! How cute are these flower pots/cheese graders. What a FUN idea. Oh, and of course you can copy my twine and clothespin idea. That’s what it’s there for. Let me know how it turns out if you do it.
Hope you are having a WONDERFUL week!
Kendra
That is the cutest thing ever... I am now on the hunt for old cheese graters!

Thanks so much for linking up to my first linky party. I have been collecting graters with no idea in mind--yea now I have one!
ReplyDeleteAmy - we are definitely sisers or at least cousins seperated from birth:) I love this. I used to use a cheese grater as a night light in the kitchen..but this is so much more fun :)

so creative! i like using the graters. love it!
ReplyDeleteI like that a lot!
ReplyDeleteIf you have any of the foil coffee bags they are water proof and could hide inside. I use them inside any thing I want to put flowers in that isn't waterproof. They are great cuz you can scrunch them to fit anywhere.

Pretty flowers! Seems your daddy's garden was so healthy. Wish I can have a healthy garden too. I'm been looking for interesting topic as this. Looking forward for your next post. Keep posting!
